Italian Prune Plum Jam

Italian prune plums are oval with a dusky, blue skin.  They are good eaten out of hand but really achieve their potential when cooked.  The cooking brings out the tart edge.  This jam is excellent for making jam-jams - using to jam two cookies together. 

Ingredients: 

Sugar, Italian prune plum, pectin, lemon juice

250 ml

Shelf stable. Refrigerate after opening.

Eat within 6 months of opening for best experience.
