Steeping Rosemary in the Pinot Grigio overnight results in a jelly with a slight savory edge. Great on cheese and crackers. May we suggest placing a tablespoon on a piece of fish you are baking. Is can also be used to deglaze a pan when creating a pan sauce.  

Ingredients: Sugar, Pinot Grigio steeped in Rosemary, lemon juice, pectin
