Vegan Lemon Curd

This curd does not contain eggs or butter. Instead, coconut cream is used to provide the creaminess one expects from a curd. Not quite as good as home made curd which sadly, cannot be canned. Very lemon forward. Try some stirred into plain yogurt - one out of one dentists can't be wrong.  Seriously - my dentist loves it that way.  

Ingredients: Sugar, lemon juice, coconut cream, pectin

250 ml

Shelf stable. Refrigerate after opening.

Eat within 6 months of opening for best experience.
